(Before M. Trice, Esq., R. M.) Wednesday, Deomber 3rd. Donald M'Farlane, for indecent exposure in » public place on 2nd inst., was fined 40s. Kichard Thompson, for being drunk in Tay-stieet, was mulcied in the sum of 10s. THURSDDA.Y, DECEMBER 4tH. Drunkenness. — Francis Ambrose, for being drunk and disorderly on 3rd in-tant; fine<* 20*. Robert MAle<ter, for being diunk, w*s fined ss. Geo Wood, for alike offence, was fined 6s John Callighan, charged with being drunk and disorderly, was mulcted in the full penalty of 205., or suffer 48 hours imprisonment. John Ross for getting drunk was fined ss. Thkpt. — Win. Hamilton, for etealiug three eggs from the premises of Mr Macanliur, Tay-sireet, was sentenced to f days hard labor David Henry, for indecent exposure in Tay-street on the 3rd inst.. was fined in the sum of L.5. Wm. G. Jenkins, for » similar offence. w«e fined 40s. Frederick Richardson, for furious ridiny in Tay-street, on the 18th ult., was fined 20-j. and costs. A. J Clarke was charged with using threatening language towards a policeman in Tay-street, and was defonded by Mr. Harvey, who explained that Mr. Clark» felt nettled at what he considered undue authority of the constable.
