From an extraordinary edition of the Cerneen of that date we translate the following important items of news, taken from a telegraphic summary in the Monitcvr tie la Reunion of the 27th September: — MAHCH OF GENERAL JACKSON ON WASHINGTON. New York, August 21. Gen. Pope has been repulsed by General Stonewall Jackson. He made a retreat. The Confederate General is marching on Washington.
