Calder, Blacklock & Co. v. Barker.— This was an action against Barker, as owner of the Prince Albert, for L2O, damage done to 4-5 bags of flour, part of the cargo of the Prince Albert Mr. Hervey appeared for defendant. It was proved that defendant was not the owner of the Prince Albert. Nonsuited.
