(Argus.) SYDNEY. Saturday, October 25. Judgement was given to-day for striking Mr. Moffatt otf the roll of attorneys. In so doing so his conduct was strongly animadverted on. Moffatt gave notice ol appeal to the Privy Council, and designated the decision as oppressive, unjust, and unfounded. He was threatened with committal for contempt. In the Upper House, a resolution dissenting from ihe President's ruling against the power of the House lo deal with money bills was carried by sixteen to three. The State Aid Abolition Bill, after several ineffectual attempts at postponement, was carried through committee and adopted, with Mr. Holdeh'B amendments.
