Lot 5—6 drums for saggar making and about 480 saggars. Lot G—Stove, grindstone, plaster bats, mortar and pestle, clay, &c. Lot 7—Such made up stock as shall be on premises on acceptance of tenderjat per eentage off wholesale selling prices as per list. The property (2 acres) on which works are erected can be leased for 7 or 14 years at option of purchaser at L2O per annum. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. This property being forced into the market affords an exceptionally good opportunity for a competent potter with small capital.
