Take two eggs, their weight in butter (melted), their weight in flour, two dessertspoonfuls of marmalade, two ditto of raspberry jam, the weight of the eggs in bread crumbs, and two teaspoonfuls of soda. Beat the eggs well, and add the melted buttet, flour, crumbs, jam, and marnalade. Beat all well together, and, lastly, put in the soda.
