The money to be paid over on certificate of the chairman of such Club or Committee that such Club or Committee has expended £or the above mentioned purpose twice the amount of the subsidy claimed and voted. To ensure united action the Council will not recognise any applications for votes of subsidies if presented after the meeting of 10th August. By order. R. P. MacUOUN, County Clerk and Treasurer.
