A medical man in the Wellington district lias had a thigh broken through a fall when being ejected by a publican who refused him drink on Sunday morning. The publican has done the medico a friendly turn. A doctor who drinks and who may at any moment have to undertake cases where a human life is at stake is sure to come to grief sooner or later.
