NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. MOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the partnership hitherto existing between John Benjamin Griffin, James Duthie, and Edward Fawns Duthie, under the style of “ The Colonial Carrying Company,” has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. The said John Benjamin Griffin will carry on the Wellington Branch of the late firm under the above style, and will receive all monies payable to and pay all debts and liabilities due by that Branch. The said James Duthie and Edward Fawns Duthie will carry on the Invercargill, Dunedin, and Christchurch Branches of the late firm, under the style of “ James Duthie & Co,” and will receive all monies payable to and pay all debts and liabilities due by those Branches.
