ALEDONIAN SOCIETY OE SOUTII--1 LAND. The Annual Gathering and games o£ the above Society will be held in the Park Reserve, Gala street, on Monday. Ist January, 1894, commencing at 10.30 a.m. Prizes and Trophies to the value of £250 will be offered. City Guards Band in attendance. All entries must be made and entry money paid to the Secretary on or before 9 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, 27th December, 1893. In connection with the above, the old and favourite Scottish Drama “ HEART OE MIDLOTHIAN ” will be performed in the Theatre Royal on the evenings of Ist and 2nd’January, 1891. • Late trains after the performance.
