The Farmers’ Alliance and Supply Company of New {Zealand, Limited, report as follows: Sheepskins —We offered a varied catalogue on Monday, and prices were rather better than we expected, taking into consideration the recent fall in London. We sold all forward at od to sgd pci' lb for good crossbreds, while 4d to djd is the ruling price for other crossbreds ; merino sold from 3£d to according to quality. Eabbitskins—All forward sold at very fair prices. Fat—We sold at Its Od to 13s 3d per ewt. for ordinary lines. Tallow up to 18s 3d per cwt, with good demand. Wool—We offered and sold a catalogue of bags and old pieces at 4d jier lb ; locks, SJd to l?d ; dead wool up to 6d per lb.
