The annual horse parade will take place in Invercargill on 7th Oct. C. W. Brown : Sections in Georgetown and Powelltown for sale. N. M. and A. Co.: Manures, seeds, woolpacks. A. McEwan imports direct, linen goods, and makes up ladies’ and children’s clothing. Farmers’ Alliance Supply Co. is now under the management of Mr F. S. Cory, W. H. Mathieson will be at his office today. A. ‘W. Sinclair Co. notify that on 23rd inst. they will make suits to measure for 40s, for one month only. Lewis and Co’s new showroom is now finished, and is said to be the finest in Southland. J. G. Ward Farmers’ Association sell horses on account Mr John Carrick, Balclutha, today ; also, horses specially brought from Victoria on 23rd inst. Wm. Todd sells phaeton (by Robin), &c., in Exchange to-day.
