FELLOW WORKERS! A clergyman in one of the country districts wanted three of his chimneys swept, for which purpose he sent for the village sweep. When the sweep had finished his work the clergyman asked what he was in his debt. “ Three shillings,” said the sweep. “ Haven’t you charged too much?” asked the clergyman. “Oh! no, sir,” said the sweep. “ Yon know that all of ‘ us ’ ]ieople in ‘black ’ get paid very well for our services.
