gOUTHLAND COUNTY GENERAL, AND HOSPITALS AND CHARITABLE AID RATES, 1893-4. ! MINING PROPERTY RATE, 1893-4. It is hereby notified that it is the intention of the Southland County Council to make on 11th August, 1893, a General Rate of three farthings in the pound and a Hospitals and Charitable Aid Rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound on the ratable value of all the ratable property on the Valuation Lists of the several Ridings of Southland County ; also a Mining Property Rate of three farthings in the pound on the ratable value of all the ratable property in Southland County; all the aforementioned Rates being for the year beginning Ist April, 1893, and ending 31st March 1894, the General and Hospitals and Charitable Aid Rate payable in one sum at the Southland County Council office, Invercargill, on the first day of September, 1893 and the Mining Property Rate payable in one sum at the aforesaid office on the said first day of September, 1893 — the Rate Books being now open for inspection.
