Baked Arms Bodes. —801 l biscuit crust out very thin ; on this spread apples cut quite thin and fine ; roll the dough so that it will form a small roll, and place in a narrow deep tin. Add a little water, sugar, and butter, and bake. Servo in slices, and spread with butter and sugar; or make a liquid sauce of creamed butter and sugar, a beaten egg, and a pint of boiiing water poured over the egg, sugar and butter; flavour to taste. A sice Tea Dish.—Put one and a-half pints of milk over the fire to heat, add one heaped-up tablespoonful of butter. When scalding hot, pour the milk over one quart of sifted Indian meal, and mix well together. When cool, stir in half-a-pint of wheaten flour, two tablcspoonfuls of sugar, a little salt, and two well-beaten eggs. This can either be made into two large cakes or small ones like crumpets. Served with butter or syrup they are delicious.
