GRAIN REPORT.

There is very little of note to report since last week.

• Oats have firmed slightly, and the price has gone up. to Is ,5d on trucks af country stations, bags extra.

Wheat.—No change; millers not being eager to buy; but any samples offered, if prime, are taken at from 2s 3d to 2s-4d; fowl feed, Is 9d.

Barley.—Excepting for prime malting there is no demand, and that is scarce. It is worth 3s 9d to 4s; and second-class, of which plenty is offering, 3s 3d to 3s 6d. .Ryegrass.—Good inquiry for this cereal, which is becoming scarce. Machine-dressed will command 3s.to 3s Sd; and undressed, 2s to 2s 6d, according to sample. Linseed, in demand, at £ll.
