Mr G. Froggatt reports having sold at the Invercargill Salcyards : —314 fat wethers at prices ranging from 11s 3d to 13s 8d; 168 store ewes at from 3s 3d to 7s 4d ; merino ewes at Is 6d, rams at satisfactory prices ; 476 store lambs at from 4s 4d to 7s 2d ; fat cows at £5 ; bullocks £6 10s, and young steers at £2 2s 6d. He also reports having sold at the Winton yards a line of 2-tooth ewes at 12s 6d; full-mouthed ewes at 9s lOd to 10s ; brokenmouthed do at 3s, and rams at low prices.
