The land is all rich alluvial deposit, and is in a higlx state of cultivation. It is fenced and subdivided into 24 paddocks ; there are dwelling houses, wool sheds, stables, men s houses, yards, and all necessary conveniences for the profitable working of the property. ERMEDALE, Containing 2960 acres, or thereabouts, nine miles from Thornbury Junction, and five miles from Fairfax Railway Station by a good road. For a residential estate Ermedale cannot be surpassed.
