The Minister approved of the recommendation and he had communicated with the Education .Department to this effect asking them to expedite a subsidy so that the building of the clinic may not be delayed. He pointed out that the services of a nurse would not be available till the end of March or the beginning of April. The chairman stated that particulars as to the number of children likely to attend and other matters relating to the .erection of the clinic had been asked for by the Department, and as an urgent reply was wanted, to enable the work of erection of the clinic being put in hand immediately, lie and the secretary had replied. Their action was confirmed. GENERAL.
