Paris decrees that jewellery for the coming winter will be of the simplest. The chief ornaments generally being shown are crystal and onyx necklaces witlqa bracelet to match. One attractive ensemble of this sort consisted of a large onyx and crystal choker, bracelet to match, and a pure crystal designed ring.
A new cut diamond is being launched by Rue dc. la Paix jewellers. ■lt is called “Baguette,” is oblong in shape, lmt not so bright as a round or square cut stone.
This style of jewellery swillfbe worn a great deal this winter and usually will be fastened on hip bows or bodice.
