GREEN FOR WEDDINGS.

Green in many shades has figured at several of the notable weddings in London and among recent brides who chose it for their wedding was the Hon. Aileen Craig, only daughter of Viscount CJraigavon, Prime Minister of Northern Ireland, who is on his way to New Zealand for a visit. She w r as married to Lieutenant-Commander Robert Gordon Hood Linzee, R.N., and wore a pardiment coloured dress, made on medieval lines with a long bodice and full skirt, and had a most attractive halo head-dress of pearls. The bridesmaids and matron of honour wore green dresses, made with lace bodies and skirts of layers and layers of tulle. Her wedding presents included emeralds in her jewellery and green leather to bind her books and trunks, etc.
