HOSIERY COLOUR CHART
■Woftten, when ordering, silk stockings at the outset of the now season, are often mystified by the mimes of the various shades. The new colour chart prepared by the Draper’s Organiser gives a useful fnterpretation of the trade names. Nigger browns in various shades lead the darker shades, and among the huea are dago, a light reddish tone slightly darker than Florence Mills, oak, which is closely allied, ourson —-the skin of a young bear —muscado and perratin. Lighter shades are brunette' aulanm, stone marten, ami omar. Bulrush is a reddish brown, kenya a brownish stone shade. Rose glow and mulberry belong to the pink group. '
