■ HIGHEST AVERAGE MOUNTING.
During the 1925-29 season, 75 butter factories and 30 cheese factories in New Zealand have obtained for their export produce an average of 93 points Or over, compared with 69 and 20 respectively in 1927-28. The highest butter average this year is 95.412 points as against 95.039 in the preceding year. The top cheese average is 94.473 points as compared with 93.755 last year.
