DEATH FOLLOWS BROKEN ANKLE.
A PALMERSTON FATALITY.
The death oceuired in hospital on Saturday morning of Mr Robert Waller, of 65 Botanical Road, Palmerston North, following* upon an accident which occurred oh Monday last.
Mr Waller had been in town aud wa s given a ride home by his son in a milk cart. After alighting, deceased proceeded to walk to his gate but fell into a si."allow diteh. breaking his ankle. On doctor's orders, he was taken to hospital immediately. Mr Waller was 67 years of age and is survived by his wife and seven children—Messrs Fred E. Waller (Palmerston North), Ben. G. Waller (Palmerston North), James J. Waller (Awapuni), H. J. Waller (Himatangi), Mesdames M.. Benton (Milson) y R. A. Mercer (Kelvin Grove), and Miss D. Waller (Wellington). ■
