HOROWHENUA COUNCIL DOES NOT FAVOUR AN OFFICIAL OPENING.

Advice was received by the Horn whenua County Council on Saturday from the Shannon Borough Council that it had communicated-with the Mana watu County Council asking for an official opening of the Shannon Manawalu bridge.
