QUESTION iTO BE RE-OPENED IN

POWER BOARD.

Mr T. G. Vincent fgave notice, at the annual meeting of the Horowhenua Power Board, that he would move, at the next meeting, that the Board immediately issue its own public risk insurance, setting aside therefor from this year’s revenue £IOO. The chairman (Mr G. A. Monk) said he did not know that notice need be given of the motion.

Mr C. Blenkhorn said he had intended to move that the whole matter be re-opened. He had information which might be useful. The Chairman: We have no public risk at present, and are framing our estimates and have to make provision for that insurance. I will accept it as a notice of motion.
