From the ensuing twenty-five, S. Graham sent a long pas. 3 across field to Parata,, who sent on to Ryder, the latter being well collared by Gray. A penalty gave 'Tatana another chance to goal, but once more he failed. Then Shannon forwards, led by Hanna and Satherlev, dribbled the ball to the other 25, where off-side play spoilt the attack. On changing sides Wanderers set up an attack, 'and from a serum Parata sent the ball put among his backs. Bryant being pushed out. From the Hueout S. Robbie returned to midfield, and a penalty to Reds enable them to reach Blacks' territory. Tatana dribbled clear and an exchange of kicks followed, L.
