LEVIN SALE. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report at Levin yards on Tuesday last they offered a fub yarding of sheep and pigs and a medium entry of cattle. There was a larg. 1 attendance of buyers present. The sheep yarded consisted maii%- of breeding ewes for which there was is keen demand and a total clearance was made at the following prices:— Sheep: Good 4-year ew T es 27/6 to 29/9, 5-year do. 24s to 26s Bd, failing mouth do.. 17s 2d to 22s Id, cull do. lis to 13s 6d, medium 2-tooth ewes 345, med. 2-tooth wethers 26s 4d, good woolly Romney ewe lambs 25s Bd, do. wether Jambs 225, cull do. 13s 3d to 15s 2d. -
Cattle: Heifers r.w.b. £6 10s to £7 ss, heifers in milk £ll, store cows £4 10s to £5 10s, bulls £5 to £7. .■'.■"' Pigs: Light baconens £2 lis 6d to £2 15s 6d, choppers £2, heavy porkers £2 5s to £2 9s, medium do. 38s to 425, light and unfinished sorts 353 to 365, stores 20s to 275, weaners 7a 6d to 17s. •

At the weekly stock sale held at Levin yard 3 on Tuesday last Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., offered good yardings of pigs, sheep and cattle and practically a clearance was made at the following prices:— : Sheep: Aged ewes ss, 10s 6d to 15s im, <jull lambs 8s 4d to 13s lid, 2-tooth wethers 26s lOd, 2-tooth ewes 355, m.s lambs 18s, 4 and 5-year ewes 28s Id to 28s Bd. WAIKANAE YARDS. At Waikanae yards on Thursday last, the N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report having offered u, good yarding of both sheep and cattle to a good attendance of buyers.
