Mr. Edhouse escaped with a scratches and bruises, but his com ion was less fortunate, being badlj about the head, and a severed ai caused him to lose a lot of blood. Scott, of Wellington, conveyed to Bulls. Mr. McDon was subsequently admitted to Palm ton North hospital, and his condit is said to be not dangerous.
