CHILDREN’S PARTY FROCKS
There is nothing so dainty and fairylike for children’s party frocks as the pale-coloured tulle which is popular this season. To buy these little dresses ready-made is always an expensive proceeding for which there is really no justification, since tulle frilleu picot-edgcd, embroidered and decorated can be bought in innumerable designs and colours. Very little needlework is required to turn these materials into dresses. Even the fashionable uneven hem is contrived without trouble, foi tulle with handkerchief and petal points is also sold partly made up. A scam, a binding for neck and armholes, and a plain silk slip are all that are required to complete the dress.
