NUMEROUS attractions arranged.

Although the Committee are sure that the public really need no reminder about the Electric Light Sports, they are taking this last opportunity of asking everyone to be sure to conic along to the Levin Parle Domain on Tuesday evening at 7.30 sharp. The "cycling track has been newly whitewashed, which will enable the spectators to watch the events all the way round the track. The Lower Hutt Athletic Club U sending a team of lady runnrs, who, besides competing in the other ladies' events, will compete with a Palmerston North Club in a relay race. The B Grade Cycling events should prove very interesting, as nearly all the riders are starting from the scratch mar*.. M. Gane, the Wellington leading eyslist, will be present. He has just broken the two-mile record at Mastcrion, beating T. Oakley on the grass Track, and last Saturday cvenfng he broke the New Zealand record for the three-mile cycling on the Wanganui asphalt track. The sporting papers claim Gane as the coming champion cyclist of New Zealand. There will be items of interest to a ll—father, mother, children and even the babies. The grown-ups will be absorbed in the sports events;—the children and all who possess a “sweet tooth’* will be delighted with the icecream, soft drinks and sweets which will be for sale on the grounds; and the babies will love the music, —so there is no reason for anyone to stay away. ' . Supporters wish the Athletic Club all success with their sports and trust thev will have every reason to be pleased with the result of the meeting.
