The medical officer of Slioeburyncss is to be congratulated on his recent report, which- contains “Ten Commandments of Health. ’ Here are some, that should be broadcast to" every district:— “Remember thy cleaning day and keep it wholly. “Thou shalt honour thy neighbour-,’ , hood and keep it clean.” ■’ “Thou shalt not kill thy neighbour ■' hy ignoring the fire menace nor by ' poisoning the air with rubbish. “Thou shalt covet all the air and- - sunlight thou canst obtain.
