BUCKLEY DRAINAGE BOARD. SPECIAL ; ORDER RE LOAN OF . £1550. MOTICE is hereby given that the following special order was passed at a special meeting of the Buckley Drainage Board on the 24th September, 1928, viz:- t . In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by The Land Drainage Act, 1908, and its amendments, The Local Bodies’ Loans Act. 1926, The Local Government Loans Board Act, 1927, and its amendments, and all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling the Buckley Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows: 1. That the Board proceed to raise a loan of One thousand five hundred and fifty pounds (£1550) for the purpose of repaying the overdraft of the Drainage Board incurred under the authority of section 62 of the Local Legislation Act, 1927. ' 2. That such loan be called The Overdraft Repayment Loan, 1928. 3. That the currency of the said, loan shall'be for a period not exceeding twenty years. N 4. That the interest on the said loan shall not exceed six pounds (£6) per centum per, i,aiinum and be payable half yearly on the first day of August and February in each year. 5. That the form of Security for the payment of principal and interest on the said loan shall be one (1) debenturo of Oik? Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Pounds and relative coupons in a form in conformity with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926. ■ 6. That a sinking fund of Ihree Pounds (£3) per centum per annum be established in respect of the loan. 7.
