THOROUGHLY BAD SAYS SCULLER '(Sun Special)t LONDON, Sept. 25. Although the Oxford University crew always trains on beer, the boat club secietary, who was a member of the last crew, believes it is thoroughly bad for training. He has written to the Rev.
