COUNTY COUNCIL ELECTION
WIROKINO VACANCY. Owing to the resignation of Cr. A. McLeavey, there is a vacancy in the representation of the Wirokino Hiding of the Horowhenua County Council. An election, if necessary, will be held on October 4th, and nominations' close with the County Clerk, Mr. P. H. Hudson, on Saturday, September 22nd. Mr. W. Falloou has been approached by a number of ratepayers with, a request that he should become a candidate and he has consented to cto so.
