THS NOMINATIONS. Nominations for the biennial election of members of the Wellington Education Board closed at 5 p.m. on Wednesday.; Nominations were received as follow, retiring members who are seeking re-election (unless otherwise stated) being mentioned first: — City Urban Area. —Messrs W. H Atkins not seeking re-election).— Messrs W. J. Barlow (Otaki), F. C. Meyer (Rikiorahgi), and A. W. Hutchings (Levin). One member is required. Wairarapa Area (Mr T Moss not seeking re-election). —Messrs Alexander Donald (Kopuaranga), G. G. Taylor (Pahiatua), and W. H. Jackson (Masterton). v ; arlborough Area. —Mr W. D. Kite re-elected unopposed. Voting is done by post. The voting papers will reach the chairmen of the committees in due course.
