On Saturday afternoon a bogey match was held on the local course, there being only a small attendance. The best scores handed in were: — ; Gagliardi, all square. „ Morgan, 2 down. Murray, 3 down. Blackwood, 7 down. Jones, 8 down. King, 11 down. LADIES’ NINE HOLE.
Miss Sinclair, all square. Miss P. Saxon, 2 down. The following team -will represent Shannon against, Manawatu at Shannon on Saturday, 30th June: —Blytli, Goodwin, A. Saxon, Morgan, Murray,. Gagliardi, C. Stern, 11. Stern, King, D. Saxton, Jones (eapt.), Blackwood. Play will commence at 1 p.m. sharp.
