PROPOSAL TO RE-MODEL SCHOOL.

The secretary of the Shannon School Committee lias received from the Education Board a blue print of the proposed re-modelling off the Shannon School building, which shows that the original class room known as the “dungeon” is to be demolished, the .class room at the west end is to be extended and divided into two rooms, a new teacher’s room will be added, provision also being made for wash-basins and ■fireplaces.
