SHANNON STOCK SALE.

Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report that at their Shann,on sale, held yesterday, there was a small attendance owing to the roughness of the weather. A good yarding of cattle was offered, but the competition was not over-keen, and quite a fair amount of stock was passed. No sheep were yarded. Prices ranged as under: Fat cows from £6 2s 6d to £6 ss, forward cows from £3 10s to £3 15s to £4, store cow 3£2 5s to £2 15s, 20months steers'£4 10s0, bulls £3 2s 6d to £3 13s, yearling steers £2 13s, heifers in calf £5 7s 6d.
