LONDON, April 21. . A report from Moscow states that Australian reports concerning the alleged appointment of a certain Minister Rosing to be Trade Commissioner for the Soyiet in Australia is absolutely without foundation. Neither the People’s Commissiart nor any General Government institution has, entered and do mot intend entering into relations with M. Rosing.
