ON FRIDAY EVENING. A treat is in store for residents of Shannon, on Friday evening at t t-lie Maoriland Theatre when the great dramatic farce, “My Turn Next," will be presented by a'strong east of characters, together with an excellent programme of music and sketches. . The farce is extremely funny, the audience being kept in a simmer of amusement from start to finish. The proceeds are in aid of the Methodist Church and as the charge of admission will only be 2s and Is, there should be a bumper house to greet the performers. The iaree ■was recently staged at Foxton to a large audience, who, the Foxton Herald states, received it. 'with unstinted appreciation.
