POSSIBLE HEIR TO RUSSIAN THRONE. LONDON, January 27. Princes Anna Ilyinsky, wife of the Grand Duke Dmitri, who is the titular Tsar and head of the Russian Imperial familv, has given birth to a son in London. The Princess is the daughter of John Emery, the American millionaire leather king, and, as there is no issue of anotlidr Grand Duke in direct succession, Princess Ilyinsky’s baby may some day be claimed to be the legitimate heir to the Russian throne. Grand Duke Dmitri was exiled from Russia following the assassination of Rasputin and worked as a wine agent in Paris for £5 per week, and was a clerk in New'York prior to his brilliant wedding at Biarritz. According to the Russian royal code, the marriage is morganatic, and the bride could not become a Grand Duchess, but she was given the courtesy title of Princess. She is popular in London societv and is a first-class horse woman.
