At the conclusion of the match Mr. Humphries on behalf of the Shannon Club thanked the Foxto.n Club for the very enjoyable match; and also the ladies for the sumptuous afternoon .tea provided. He then called for cheers for the Poxton Club and also for the ladies. „ _ , Mrs. McMurrav on behalf of Joxton suitably replied 'and the visitors were cheered.
