WANGANUI SPRING SHOW.

LOCAL SUCCESSES. The 53rd annual Spring, Show was held at Wanganui on Wednesday and Phursday last. Excellent entries were leceived in the Jersey cattle section and a large proportion of prizes came to breeders in this district. Mrs'l. W. Spiers annexed the Warnock Cup for bost pea of three heifers, while in the Milking Shorthorn section Mr W. J. Slack was awarded champion for cow visibly in calf or in milk, as well as Mr J".
