COOKING NEW POTATOES

Two of the delicacies of this time of year are new potatoes and fresh mint. When cooking the potatoes do not waste the tender green leaves of the mint when placing the necessary sprig in the saucepan. Strip off the leaves, using the-m for the mint sauce and place, the stalk only in the pan. It serves the purpose just as well.
