The “Seaflea,” an airscrew-driven water-skimmer wherein the French inventor, de Basenko, with a crew of three, intends to bounce from wavetop to wavetop to New York, crossed the Channel from Boulogne to Dover in 36 minutes, averaging 75 miles an hour.
