Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd report that at their weekly stock b& at Levin yesterday there was a goo attendance of the public. A fair yar ing of sheep, a good yarding of cattj and a small entry of .pigs were off? ed. Sales were effected at the followin prices:— Sheep.—Mixed sex-hoggets 12s to 14 Id, ewe hoggets 14s fid. Cattle. —Eighteen-months heifers £ 10s, fat bullocks £7 11s, fat cows.fi 10s to £3 2s, Polled Angus cows £3 2s store cows 25s to 37s 6d, Hereford cows £2 14s. Pigs.—Weaners sold at 10a> light por kers 39s to £2 4s, medium £2 7a.
