A special water rate of three farthings in the pound on the Capital Value of all the rateable property within the Borough of Shannon to provide the interest principal and sinking fund on the water supply loans. All the above rates are payable at the office of the Shannon Borough Council in one instalment on the Ist. day of July, 1927.
