INTERFERING FIREMEN.
SPOIL A PERFECTLY GOOD FIRE. ' LONDON, April 22. The Exten (Germany) Fire Brigade, hurrying to a fire, met hostile crowds threatening and insulting the firemen, who were regarded as interlopers, frustrating, the possibility of obtaining insurance, says the Cologne correspondent of the Times. The authorities decided that the Brigade should receive police protection. One insurance company paid out £1925 for lire damage yesterday in the Exten. province. "
