MUNICIPAL ELECTION.
NOMINATIONS CLOSE THURSDAY
Nominations for the-biennial election cf Mayor and eight councillors for the borough of Shannon Avill close with the Returning Officer Mr J. T. Bovi.-i, at noon on Thursday. At the same time 'nominations will also close for the election of one member for the Hotoavlunua Electric Power 'Board as the representative of the constituent distinct' the borough of Shannon.
